Patiala, December 7- Additional District Magistrate Anuprita Johal, using the powers conferred under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, within the limits of district Patiala (gutka, paan masala and other food and drink items, containing tobacco and nicotine or narcotic substances) in various food items or in any other manner by mixing these narcotic substances in different flavors etc. to sell/serve to the visitors of any Hookah Bar Hotel/Restaurant etc. and to operate such Hookah Bars. A complete ban order has been issued. These orders will remain in force till February 5, 2024.
