Patiala, December 7 – Additional District Magistrate Anuprita Johal has exercised her powers under Section of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 to arrest all marriage palaces, hotels, community halls and other places where marriage programs/parties are held within the limits of District Patiala. is done, (On the occasion of the program, orders have been issued for a complete ban on any licensed person carrying weapons inside and firing in the air for public display).
These orders will remain in force in the district till February 5, 2024. Owners/Managers/Administrators of all Marriage Palaces, Hotels, Community Halls located in Patiala District shall ensure compliance of these orders.
