Nawanshahr - District Police Nawanshahr organized an employment seminar at Red Cross De-addiction Center Nawanshahr. This seminar was chaired by Mr. Chaman Singh (Project Director). On this occasion, as per the guidelines of SSP Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, Mr. Praveen Kumar (ASI) shared information with the patients admitted in the center and said that if any youth wants to take training for any kind of work, then the government will organize absolutely free training for them.
In these trainings, training of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry etc. will also be given. He gave information about drug addiction to the patients admitted in the hospital and said that there are many problems in life, but drug addiction is not the solution to any problem. We should earn our right in life by getting training in some business in our life and getting employment so that we can become financially strong and can support our family. He said that if any youth is interested in sports, then he is running his football academy separately. Therefore, youth can come to the academy and play because if the drug addicted youth take interest in sports, then they can get rid of addiction.
On this occasion, all the patients admitted in the center agreed to take employment training and the patients thanked the District Police Nawanshahr for this initiative. On this occasion, Chaman Singh (Project Director) also appealed to the admitted patients to get employment by getting training in this free employment training seminar run by the government and specializing in any business.
