Sri Khuralgarh Sahib, April 17 - A grand function dedicated to Baisakhi and Dr. BR Ambedkar Janm Utsav was organized at Tap Sthan Sri Guru Ravidas historical shrine Sri Khuralgarh Sahib. During these three-day events, a large number of Sangat from all corners of North India paid obeisance at Shri Khuralgarh Sahib.
Sri Khuralgarh Sahib, April 17 - A grand function dedicated to Baisakhi and Dr. BR Ambedkar Janm Utsav was organized at Tap Sthan Sri Guru Ravidas historical shrine Sri Khuralgarh Sahib. During these three-day events, a large number of Sangat from all corners of North India paid obeisance at Shri Khuralgarh Sahib.
Giving information in this regard, the management committee members said that on April 11, Akhand Path of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji was started at Tap Asthan Sri Khuralgarh Sahib by Head Granthi Baba Naresh Singh from Guru Ghar.
On April 12, Sangat started arriving in large numbers for which special arrangements were made by the management committee of the Guru Ghar. On the same day, Madhya Bhog and Ran Sawai Kirtan Darbar was decorated at night.
Baba Kewal Singh Chakar attended the Guru Ghar's Kirtan Darbar and Baba Sarbjot Singh Dango Wale also arrived specially on this occasion. During the Kirtan Durbar, Baba Manpreet Singh Amloh praised the Guru Maharaj Ji and enthralled the congregation.
On April 13, at 10 am, after the Akhand Japa of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji was completed, the Nishan Sahibas who were swinging at the shrine of Sri Guru Ravidas Ji Maharaj were dressed in beautiful robes. On this occasion, Baba Naresh Singh's group started the Kirtan Durbar after offering Aarti and prayers at the feet of Guru Maharaj Ji.
During the kirtan durbar decorated in the open pandal, the group of Baba Kewal Singh Chakar from Hazuri Jathe from Guru Ghar shared the Bani and Siddhanta of Guru Maharaj Ji with the Sangat.
Baba Kewal Singh Chakar requested the devotees that according to the principles of Guru Ji, there is a need to live with love among themselves. He said that Guru ji has told in his principles that illiteracy is a great curse, with reading the lamp of wisdom of a person becomes strong but with illiteracy the lamp of wisdom dims and goes out.
Baba Kewal Singh Chakra said that while Guru Ji spoke about the principles of bread, clothes and equality, he also gave great importance to education. Bhai Shamjit Singh Mela Dagana Clan and Jathedar Baljit Singh were also present on this occasion.
Chairman Dr. Kulwaran Singh, Baba Naresh Singh, Baba Sukhdeep Singh, Harbhajan Singh, Chaudhary Jeet Singh, Makhan Singh, Satpal, Binder Singh, Gurmeet Singh, Charan Bharti, Sarpanch Roshan Lal Ninevan, Dr. Jasveer Singh and other committee members from the management committee. Where due respect was given to the people who had arrived, special arrangements were made keeping the convenience of the people in mind.
