Garhshankar January 19 - Skill in Teaching and Best Teaching Aid competitions were conducted by the education department of the college at Babbar Akali Memorial Khalsa College Garhshankar. In these competitions, 43 students of the department participated in various subjects. In the Skill in Teaching competition, Baljit won the first place, Mansi won the second place and Lotus won the third place in the Teaching of Punjabi competition. Similarly, in Teaching of English, Harneet Kaur got the first position, Sunita got the second position and Payal got the third position.
In Teaching of Mathematics, Jatin Kumar Kanth got the first position, Varsha got the second position and Manisha Gangar got the third position. In Teaching of Science, Komal got first, Jatin Kumar Kanth got second and Himanshi got third, Payal got first, Navrup got second and Sumiti got third in Teaching of Social Studies. Baljit won first place, Amandeep Kaur won second place and Simran won third place in Teaching of Punjabi subject of Best Teaching Aid competition. In Teaching of English, Navrup got the first position, Isha got the second position and Sumiti got the third position.
Similarly, in Teaching of Mathematics, Aniket Sharma got first, Manmeet Kaur second and Jatin Kumar Kanth got third place, in Teaching of Science Gurpinder Kaur got first, Manmeet Kaur got second and Sakshi got third place. In Teaching of Social Studies, Payal got the first position, Navrup got the second position and Sumiti got the third position. Acting Principal of the college Prof. Lakhwinderjit Kaur and Head of the Department Dr. Sangha Gurbaksh Kaur praised the courage of the outstanding students while distributing prizes.
