Sanur/Patiala, May 11 - The candidate of Shiromani Akali Dal from Patiala Lok Sabha constituency NK Sharma has surrounded the Congress and Aam Aadmi Party on the issue of development and said that Congress has ruled in Punjab for five years. And the Aam Aadmi Party has been ruling for two years now. Candidates of both the parties to inform people about the seven major works done for the Patiala Lok Sabha constituency through Lok Manch.
NK Sharma was addressing public meetings at Asarpur, Khudda, Bullakkala, Karanpur, Bhakhar, Ballamgarh, Jangir villages under the leadership of constituency in-charge and former MLA Harinder Pal Singh Chandumajra today under the election campaign. He said that the Congress party ruled Punjab for five years and completely neglected the Patiala Lok Sabha constituency. Amarinder Singh became the Chief Minister of Punjab during the Congress rule but forgot Patiala as soon as he became the Chief Minister.
NK Sharma said that Aam Aadmi Party has been in government in Punjab for the past two years and AAP Cabinet Minister Balbir Singh is contesting elections from here. Balbir Singh is working as Health Minister, the condition of hospitals in Patiala Lok Sabha constituency in his state has become pathetic. The Akali Dal candidate said that just as the whole of Punjab was equally developed in the Akali Dal government, similarly after becoming a member of parliament, he will develop all the 9 Vidhan Sabha constituencies of Patiala Lok Sabha constituency equally
