Nawanshahr - Shree Krishna Youth Club distributed food in a slum area on the banks of Sutlej river under the "Help for the Needy" campaign. This food distribution program was carried out with the support of NRI Amit Singh through the inspiration of social worker Pankaj Ahuja. Club President Ankush Nijhawan said that in today's time, a person does not get time for his work. He is so busy with his work that he cannot pay attention to his family. On the other hand, there are people who are always ready to help the needy. A similar initiative has been taken by Amit Singh, a resident of Holland, on his 18th birthday by distributing food items to the children living in the slums. Pankaj Ahuja in his message said that serving anyone in need is the greatest religion. We should help every needy person around us in society, street, village, town and consider ourselves fortunate that God has considered us worthy to help someone in need. Only that person lives life rightly, who spreads happiness to others. By doing this, the soul also remains happy. He said that helping the needy is the true service of humanity.
