SAS Nagar, December 27 - Veterinary Hospital against the demolition by Gamada of the wall of the cow hospital run by the Cow Grass Seva Samiti on the side of Indus Hospital in place of the big shed in front of the old Gamada office in local phase 1. The managers, office-bearers of Phase 1 temple and other persons blocked the main road and raised slogans against the Punjab government and GAMADA.
And action was demanded against the officials of Gamada who demolished the wall of the cow hospital. Later, the SHO of Police Station Phase 1 reached the spot and pacified the protestors and opened the road and restored traffic.

According to the information received, the team to remove illegal possession of Gamada reached the spot with JCB machine and entered the side of Indus Hospital and demolished the wall of the cow hospital with JCB machine. On this occasion, the workers working in the hospital protested against this action of Gamada and asked to stop the action and at the same time more crowd started gathering there, on which the team of Gamada left. Later, the people who got angry due to the action of Gamada blocked the road and raised slogans against the government.

In this regard, the president of the Cow Grass Seva Samiti Mr. Shishpal Garg said that this provocative action has been done deliberately by Gamada. He said that the committee is regularly running a cow hospital here where sick and injured buffaloes are served, but the wall of the hospital has been broken by Gamada in a sudden action. No time has been given to do it, due to which there is a lot of anger among the common people. He said that places in the city are occupied in the name of religious places, but no action is taken by GAMADA there and the wall of this hospital serving animals has been broken.

Former councilor Mr. Ashok Jha said that the administration should first arrange for the treatment of sick cows roaming on the roads. He said that the persons serving the cows in this way should not be harassed unnecessarily and the administration needs to pay attention to this.

The President of Punjab Against Corruption, who complained against running a cow hospital by illegally occupying this place. Satnam Singh Daun said that a legal notice has been given to the Chief Administrator of GAMADA against the hospital running in the residential area, on which action the Chief Administrator ordered EO Housing to take appropriate action and EO Housing to vacate this illegal occupation. Official orders were issued to do so, but the team of Gamada has returned with a demonstration and the matter has been instigated on the contrary.

He said that as far as cow protection is concerned, they are also in favor of it, but illegal occupation should not be allowed in the name of cow protection and Gamada should immediately vacate this occupation. A hospital can be provided in the cowshed for cows. He said that the administration and the government should not come under pressure from anyone and this place should be vacated immediately.
