
Punjab Police honored the winners at the end of Goal for Life Football League
Nawanshahr - Goal for Life Football League was organized by District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar Police Administration. The purpose of which was to protect the youth from drugs and encourage them towards sports. The final match and closing ceremony of this league was organized at Sikh National College Banga. In which big prize money was given to the winner and runner-up team. Ms. Dhanpreet Kaur IPS DIG Ludhiana Range attended the closing ceremony as the chief guest.

On arrival at the college, Principal Dr. Tarsem Singh Bhinder welcomed Mrs. Dhanpreet Kaur DIG Ludhiana Range, Navjotpal Singh Randhawa Deputy Commissioner Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar and Dr. Akhil Chaudhary SSP Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar with a bouquet of flowers and appreciated this effort of Punjab Police towards sports. Prof. Gurpreet Singh was responsible for conducting the forum. Later, renowned Punjabi singers Ranjit Rana and Yasir Hussain entertained the audience with their singing. Arash Ganga, a student of the college, also performed with a song. On this occasion, a large number of sports lovers and school students of the area along with district administrative officers and police administration were present.
