Apart from this, 12 other robbery incidents have also been traced. SSP Patiala said that during the interrogation of the arrested accused, it was revealed that the murder of Dr. Dinesh Kumar Goswami at Rajpura was also done by the members of this gang, in which case a case was registered at Police Station City Rajpura. The murder was committed by three members of this gang, Gurdeep Singh alias Deepi, Barinder Singh and Gurdeep Singh alias Deepa. The members of the said gang were now preparing to carry out a major incident in the vicinity of Rajpura. Members of this gang were carrying out robbery and snatching incidents on Rajpura Abala Road and Shambhu Ghanour Road at night. The arrested accused are being interrogated more thoroughly.
