Ludhiana defeated the team of Sri Amritsar Sahib by 2 runs in the girls' bracket match, while in the boys' category, the team of Sri Amritsar Sahib defeated Barnala by a huge margin of 119 runs and qualified for the next round.

Giving information about the competitions, Reverend Prakash Tyud said that the second day of these state level cricket competitions are being conducted under the leadership of District Education Officer (SEC) Dr. Ginni Duggal and the supervision of District Sports Coordinator Dr. Indu Bala and Principal Bhupinder Singh. was started by Krishna Mehta. He said that during the match played between the teams of Ludhiana and Sri Amritsar Sahib, the Ludhiana team batted first and scored 77 runs in the stipulated 10 overs. Apart from this, Bathinda team beat Jalandhar by 20 runs and Hoshiarpur team beat Barnala by ten wickets. In the boys' matches, Patiala defeated Moga by 18 runs, Ferozepur defeated Fazilka by 46 runs and Sri Amritsar Sahib defeated Barnala by 119 runs in a one-sided match.
