The 25th Narinder Biba Memorial International Cultural Fair, organized under the leadership of King of Cultural Fairs Gurnam Singh

honored with Dhi Punjab Award, Palwinder Singh Dhudike was honored with Man Punjab Award and Inspector Surinder Kumar, who
