He said that he had given a 10-day ultimatum to the police administration to take action by submitting a written complaint to SP Mohali in the case of cheating of 32 lakhs in the name of sending Harjinder Singh Madanheri's son Jagrup Singh abroad. A case has been registered against the accused on September 24. They are tired of going around the Sadar Kharar police station, but the investigating officer did not meet even once and could not talk even when contacted on the phone. He said that when the SHO of the police station was asked to arrest the accused in this regard, the SHO said that they cannot arrest the accused directly and before arresting the accused, they have to inform once that the police party is coming Mr. Kumbhadra said that this is not the first such case but there are many more cases and the victims are suffering because of the lax action of the police.
