Hoshiarpur - Member of Parliament Raj Kumar Chabewal today laid the foundation stone of a clinic to be built at a cost of 30 lakh rupees in village Bajrawar. On this occasion, villagers and dignitaries also participated. This clinic is being considered as an important step towards strengthening the health facilities of the area. MP Chabewal said in his address that this project is the result of the foresight and thinking of Hon'ble Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann to improve the health facilities.
He said that health services are expanding rapidly in the state under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. Through this clinic, people in rural areas will get better and accessible health services. With the establishment of this clinic, the local villagers will get better primary care facilities, with which they will not need to go to the cities for their treatment. Apart from this, the facility of modern medical equipment will also be provided in the clinic.
Member of Parliament Chabewal also assured that the state government is making continuous efforts to expand health facilities in rural areas. He appealed to the villagers to use this clinic properly and take care of their health. On this occasion, the villagers thanked the MP and the Chief Minister for this initiative and described it as a big step towards the development of the area.
