
Students should adopt good eating habits to stay healthy: Jasbir Singh Bunty
Chandigarh:- Students of Government High School, Sector 54, Chandigarh planted a tree in the school premises in the name of 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam'. Along with this, an awareness campaign was conducted through a rally about the importance of healthy eating habits. The aim of which was to educate the society about the importance of planting trees and nutritious food options.
Chandigarh:- Students of Government High School, Sector 54, Chandigarh planted a tree in the school premises in the name of 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam'. Along with this, an awareness campaign was conducted through a rally about the importance of healthy eating habits. The aim of which was to educate the society about the importance of planting trees and nutritious food options. Councilor Jasbir Singh graced the occasion with his presence and appreciated the Headmistress of the school Ms. Kuldeep Kaur and the staff for their valuable efforts in motivating the students.
Jasbir Singh Bunty said that trees are our lifeline. If there are trees, we will remain healthy and fit. To stay healthy, we should adopt a good lifestyle along with good food. We can keep diseases away by sleeping early, waking up early and regular walks and exercise. Today we should inspire the future generation about the importance of trees and healthy lifestyle.
