Hoshiarpur - Today, on the occasion of 25th "Kargil Vijay Day", a blood donation camp was organized by Alliance Club Greater at the local Civil Hospital Blood Bank under the supervision of the District Governor of Alliance Club International District-119, Eli Ramesh Kumar.
Ally Ashok Puri, Past International PRO of Alliance Club, SMO Dr. Swati and Professor Bahadur Singh, prominent social worker of eye donation and blood donation, were specially present on this occasion. Among those who donated blood on the occasion of 25th "Kargil Vijay Diwas", Kulwinder Singh ASI, Parvinder Singh Virdi, Elli Ramesh Kumar, Rahul from Talwandi Rayan, Sandeep Kapoor from Chohal, Sahil from Dada donated blood.
The camp was successful with the support of BTO Dr Gurika, MLT Harjit Singh and MLT Harjit Kaur. On this occasion, Dr Swati SMO Civil Hospital Hoshiarpur said that with the enthusiasm of blood donors and blood bank services in Hoshiarpur, blood is available to every needy person on time. And pure blood is provided absolutely free to the patient in the government hospital. On this occasion, Professor Bahadur Singh said that 101 blood donors of Hoshiarpur had contacted to provide their services on the same day to provide blood to whatever casualty happened on the occasion of Kargil war. For which our donors are always grateful. After this, Ali Ashok Puri congratulated District Governor Ali Ramesh Kumar for this camp today. Medals, certificates and refreshments were given to all the blood donors on this occasion.
