Patiala, July 20 - Addressing a press conference at Media Club, Patiala today, Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges said that Para cricketer Amir Hussain Lone is the biggest inspiration for the youth of India. Due to which it has been decided to appoint him as the brand ambassador of Aryans Group. Amir thanked Dr. Anshu Kataria and said that he is happy that many students from his area Anantnag (J&K) are studying in various courses of Aryans. Amir said that yesterday I visited the campus of Aryans and I was happy to see JK students studying Engineering, Nursing, Law, Pharmacy, Paramedical, Physiotherapy, Management, Education in the 20 acre green campus. Amir said that he is proud of the "Arian Solar Boat" which can run on solar energy, "Arian Android App" to make the campus paper free, "Arian Save" invented by the Arian students which also includes Kashmir App. Floods in Kashmir, "Aryan's Life Saver Globe" to provide timely assistance to people at risk of heart disease, "Aryan's Safety Helmet" to provide timely first aid at construction/mining/industrial sites, "Aryan's Shikara App" to book Shikara online on Dal Lake, etc. were launched at various government levels.
Dr. Anshu Kataria told that Aryan Group was established in 2007. For the last 17 years the group has been providing education in the Chandigarh region and providing various courses including engineering, law, nursing, etc.
It is known that the God of Cricket Sachin Tendulkar invited Aamir Hussain to play the first ball of the Indian Street Premier League (ISPL) and also introduced him to many Bollywood stars. Born in 1990 in Bijbehara village of Jammu and Kashmir, Aamir lost both his arms in an accident at his father's saw machine, but this accident did not dampen Aamir's passion or his love for cricket.
