Nawanshahr - Mrs. Ravinder Kaur PES-1 has taken additional charge of Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar as District Education Officer (DEO). Apart from this, She is serving as the District Education Officer (DEO) in the city. It is worth mentioning here that the post of District Education Officer (DEO) became vacant due to the voluntary retirement of Ms. Archana Agarwal, who was previously serving as District Education Officer (DEO).
After assuming charge, District Education Officer Ravinder Kaur held the first meeting with the office staff and took stock of the ongoing works in the district. She instructed the office workers that no work of any teacher should be padding. Apart from this, She instructed the teachers to work diligently for the all-round development of the children. She said that even though summer vacations are going on in schools these days, but still teachers and school principals should stay in touch with the children so that the students do not face any kind of trouble.
Varinder Kumar Deputy District Education Officer, Superintendent Jaswinder Singh, Gurdayal Singh Mann, Ram Lal, Balwant Rai, Des Raj, Kiran Bala, Sukhdeep Kaur and Manpreet Kaur were present to welcome them.
