Una, January 23 - District level Republic Day celebrations will be celebrated with great enthusiasm at Government Senior Secondary School (Bal) Una, which will be presided over by Agriculture Minister Chandra Kumar.
Deputy Commissioner Raghav Sharma said that before attending the ceremony on January 26, Agriculture Minister Chandra Kumar will reach the Martyrs Memorial at 10.45 am and pay homage to the martyrs, after which he will hoist the flag at the venue at 11.02 am and inspect the parade. After this, the march past will be saluted at 11.10 am. He informed that the Agriculture Minister will address the gathering at the district level Republic Day function from 11.30 to 11.45 am. He told that cultural programs will be organized between 11.45 to 12.30 pm and prizes will be distributed between 12.30 to 1.15 pm.
He has urged the residents of the district to reach the venue in maximum numbers to enhance the beauty of the district level Republic Day.
