SAS Nagar, November 28 - Mohali Society for Fast Justice President Kamal Nayan Sodhi has demanded from the administration officials that the management of the Spine Hospital located in Sector 70 should stop the burning of medical waste and other garbage of the hospital. should be strictly prohibited

S. Sodhi said that medical waste, garbage and leaves falling from trees are set on fire by the employees of the Spine Hospital due to which heavy smoke spreads in the surrounding area and due to this the environment is badly polluted.

He said that the people walking in the special park adjacent to it have to suffer a lot due to the burning of this waste by the employees of the Spine Hospital. He said that even this morning, the garbage was set on fire by the hospital employees due to which the people walking in the special park had to face a lot of trouble.

He said that he has also complained to the Punjab Human Rights Commission regarding this.

They demanded that appropriate action should be taken by the Municipal Corporation and the Pollution Control Board in this regard, otherwise they will be forced to go to court against the management of the Spine Hospital, the Municipal Corporation and the Pollution Control Board.
