Garhshankar, September 10 - According to the information given by Sub Inspector Baljinder Singh Chief Officer from Police Station Garhshankar, the police have succeeded in nabbing the accused in the much talked about rape case in a fruit warehouse of Anaj Mandi in Garhshankar.
According to the information given by Chief Officer Baljinder Singh, Nazim son of Shaukat resident of Ward No. 10 Pensarium Mohalla Garhshankar and Shahrukh son of Subedin resident of Tatoli Police Station Adarsh ??Mandi District Shamli, Uttar Pradesh Kashim son of Shaukat resident of Ward No. 10 Pensarium Mohalla Garhshankar on the fruit warehouse. After taking a girl to Mandi Garshankar and raping her, she threatened to kill her family. On which the police took immediate action and a case was registered under section 70(1), 61(2), 115(2), 351(2) BNS under case number 140 on the statements of the victims. And Nazim and Shah Rukh have been arrested by the police regarding this case.
