Hoshiarpur - District administration Hoshiarpur conducted an online seminar for the students preparing for the UPSC examination as part of the series of seminars conducted for the convenience and guidance of the students at the Digital Library under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner Komal Mittal.
About 100 students from various colleges like Government College Hoshiarpur, DAV College Hoshiarpur, SD College Hoshiarpur etc. participated in this seminar. On this occasion Assistant Commissioner Divya P, IAS and DDF Joya Siddiqui specially participated and motivated the students to prepare for this examination. This online seminar was addressed by motivational speaker and political science expert Shubhra Ranjan.
  In which he told the students about the special points regarding the preparation of the UPSE exam. Mangesh Sood, Principal of Hoshiarpur Institute of Automotive and Driving Skills, said on this occasion that offline and online books and study facilities are available for the preparation of all kinds of competitive exams in this digital library, which is being run from March 2023. He said that at present around 600 students are taking full advantage of this library. District Employment Officer Sandeep Kumar, Counselor Aditya Rana, Librarian Vijay Kumar and others were present on this occasion.
