Sanur/Patiala, November 5: Congress and Akali Dal suffered a major blow when panch sarpanches of dozens of villages left the traditional parties and joined the Aam Aadmi Party. A special program was held in the Sanur district and the wife of Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann was the chief guest in this program. Gurpreet Kaur joined as the chief guest.
On this occasion, Harmeet Singh Pathanmajra, MLA of Sanur Constituency, Dev Singh Mann, MLA of Nabha Constituency, after including Panch Sarpanch of Sanur Constituency, said while talking to the media that
People are joining Aam Aadmi Party after being impressed by the decisions taken by Aam Aadmi Party for people's interest. He said that the decisions of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann in Punjab have put the traditional parties to sleep. The Aam Aadmi Party is fulfilling its promises to the people one by one, which the previous governments did in the last phase of their power. Aam Aadmi Party has already done it in the initial phase.
