Modi said that in the last 9 years, the internal security of India has been facing challenges from many fronts, but due to the hard work of the security forces, the enemies of the country are not succeeding as before. The Prime Minister said that the next 25 years of this century are the most important for India and we have to make it a prosperous and developed country and we have to achieve this goal by taking inspiration from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.
He said, 'The biggest obstacle in our development journey is the politics of appeasement. The appeasement mentality is so dangerous that it reaches the courts to protect terrorists. No community can benefit from such thinking. The Prime Minister said that people have to be careful of such thinking, which threatens unity in every corner of the country at every moment. The Prime Minister said that Sardar Sahib expects the same from all of us.
Modi said that during the last 9 years, India's internal security has been facing challenges from many fronts. He said that people still haven't forgotten the era when they were afraid while going to crowded markets, public places and places of economic activity. Modi said that conspiracies were made to stop the development of the country by targeting him. People have also seen the devastation caused by the bomb blasts and the slowness of the then government in the name of investigation. Modi said that in the next few years we are going to become the third largest economic power in the world. The Prime Minister said that more than 13.5 crore people have come out of poverty.
He said that India is confident that we can remove poverty from the country and will continue to work in this direction.
Modi flagged off the first heritage train of Gujarat
Prime Minister Narendra Modi flagged off Gujarat's first heritage train on Tuesday. The 3-coach train will be powered by an electric engine and is designed to give people the same experience as steam-powered trains, like the smoke-blowing and whistling trains of the early days. People used to experience This train will run between Ekta Nagar and Ahmedabad and will facilitate the tourists to reach Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel's memorial Statue of Unity.
