Nawanshahr - Election Commission General Observer of Lok Sabha Constituency Sri Anandpur Sahib Dr. Hira Lal appealed to plant more saplings with the founder of Go Green International Organization Ashwani Joshi under the green election campaign giving the message of ``plant trees and save trees''.
  On this occasion, through the poster of Panch Guthali Aam Ki, every person was also given a public message to plant their seeds in an open place after eating the fruit. Deputy Commissioner Navjot Pal Singh Randhawa, Youth Director of GGIO and founder of SKT Plantation Team Ankush Nijhawan and many environmentalists were also present with him on this occasion.
Election observer Heera Lal said that we take a pledge on the occasion of this election that we will take all possible steps to improve the environment. He appealed for everyone's cooperation to make the Green Election Mission a success. Deputy Commissioner Navjot Pal Singh Randhawa also assured him of full support from the environmentalists of District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar. It is worth mentioning that the environmentalists of district Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar are playing an active role towards environmental conservation.
