Nawanshahr - The festival of 'Rakhdi' was celebrated at Red Cross De-Addiction and Rehabilitation Center, Nawanshahr in collaboration with Prajapita Brahmakumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya, Nawanshahr.
