The first blood donation and eye checkup camp was organized by Adara Paigham-e-Jagat in memory of Mr. Jagat Ram ji.

Mahilpur, August 25:- On the occasion of the first anniversary of Adara Paigam-e-Jagat, the first voluntary blood donation and eye check-up camp dedicated to the heartfelt memory of revered Shri Jagat Ram Ji Kitna was organized at Government Elementary School, Village Sadhowal. Around 74 persons did the pious work by donating blood in this blood donation camp organized in collaboration with Bhai Ghanaiya Blood Bank Society, Hoshiarpur.

On this occasion, Surinder Pal Jhal, former Assistant Director, All India Radio Chandigarh, Davinder Kumar Jhal, Editor-in-Chief, Paigam-e-Jagat, Chandigarh, Joginder Pal Happy, Village Sadhowal, Shri Ram Prakash, Comrade Darshan Singh Mattoo, BB Subhash Mattoo, Doctor Principal Bikar Singh, Jagdish Roy, writer, prominent social worker Goldy Bihda, Satish Kumar, Hans Raj, Rocky Maula, Ranjit Banga, Phoola Singh Birampur, Harpreet Singh Sarpanch, Village Sadhowal, Harbhajan Singh, former Sarpanch, Jagtar Singh, former Sarpanch, Tarsem Lal, Sukhbir Ram Panch, Channan Ram Panch, residents of Village Sadhowal and prominent personalities of the area were present.
On this occasion, a free eye camp was also organized by the entire team of Rai Hospital, Gadhshankar, under the able guidance of Dr. Jha, eye specialist. Patients were checked up and given medicines. In this camp organized today, special cooperation was received from Shaheed Bhagat Singh Charitable Trust, Gadhshankar, Jeevan Jagriti Manch, Upkar Education Trust and other social service organizations and their members.
Speaking on this occasion, Surinder Pal Jhal and Devinder Kumar Jhal of Chandigarh said that today they are happy to organize this blood donation camp in the memory of their elders. Blood donation is a great donation. He said that we all should always try to give maximum support in such social welfare works.
On this occasion Comrade Darshan Singh Mattoo thanked all the comrades who cooperated in this blood donation camp. Guru ka langar continued continuously. All the comrades who donated blood were honored with mementoes and certificates.
