Mr Agnihotri expressed these sentiments while participating in the closing ceremony of the 5-day event organized to commemorate the 25th Mahanirvana Day of Swami Ji at the Samadhi Kutia of Swami Shri Abhedanand Maharaj (Brahmaleen) in Beaton Panchayat of Haroli Assembly constituency on Saturday. In this religious-social event held from 16 to 20 July, saints and local people from various places of North India as well as devotees from various places participated in divine events like Shri Akhand Paath and Shri Garibdasi Mahayagya.
Mukesh Agnihotri said in his address at the closing ceremony that Himachal is the land of gods and goddesses. Here people have great respect for saints and sages. Una district is also the holy place of great saints. He said that he is blessed to be a part of this great gathering of respected saints and devotees in Beaton. The spiritual energy here connects a person with God. He expressed confidence that just as this holy place is a symbol of religion and faith and a place of good guidance for everyone, its fame will spread further, which will benefit a large number of people.
On this occasion, the Deputy Chief Minister announced to give Rs 25 lakh for various construction works at Shri Abhedanand Maharaj (Brahmalin) Samadhi Wali Kutiya. Apart from this, he also announced to build a water tank of 25 thousand liters capacity there. He also donated Rs 1.51 lakh from his side to Samadhi Wali Kutiya in memory of his wife late Dr. Simmi Agnihotri. On this occasion, he also announced to install a 63 KV capacity electric transformer in Beaton. Let us tell you, even before this, Shri Agnihotri had provided Rs 10 lakh for the construction of a community building at Samadhi Wali Kutiya.
Before this, Shri Agnihotri bowed his head at the Samadhi hut and prayed for a happy life and prosperity for all the residents of the state.

After this, the Deputy Chief Minister took stock of the improvement work of the sports ground in Beaton. He has already provided Rs 58 lakh for this work. This amount will be spent on the improvement of the ground, construction of boundary wall and development of other facilities there. He directed the Public Works Department officials to complete all the formalities including NOC to start the work. He also directed the concerned officials to build a rain shelter at the Harijan Basti bus stop in Gondpur Jaichand. Apart from this, he inspected the beautification work of the pond in Pubowal and gave necessary instructions to the officials regarding this.
