Standing water sources were checked for dengue larvae in Chauntra, Ravidas Nagar, Jai Jawan Colony etc. Civil surgeon Dr Sanjay Goyal said that in case of any type of fever, check-up should be ensured, which is available free of cost in government health institutions. He said that dengue is a viral fever that spreads when the Aedes mosquito bites during the day. This mosquito is born in clear standing water. He appealed to the people to destroy the broken pots lying on the roofs or courtyards of their houses, to make sure to clean the trays of pots, coolers, refrigerators, etc. to prevent the breeding of mosquitoes.
 District Epidemiologist Dr Sumeet Singh said that under the Friday-Dry Day campaign, the health teams reached 26872 houses in different areas of the district and checked for dengue larvae and the larvae found in 57 places were destroyed by the teams on the spot. was given He also said that till now more than 2,55,405 houses have been surveyed by the health teams under the Dry Day campaign. In which the larvae found at 566 places have been destroyed on the spot by the teams And the concerned families were made aware about the rescue for the future. The month of July is being celebrated as Atty Dengue Month. These activities will continue continuously.
