Patiala, November 10 – Patiala Locomotive Works (PLW), a unit of Indian Railways, organized the event on celebrated the outstanding achievements of its sportspersons Ms. Anu Rani (Javelin Thrower), Ms. Parachi (400 X 4 Relay Race) and Ms. Manpreet Kaur (Shot Putter). 
In the 2023 Asian Games held in Hangzhou, Miss Anu Rani, who won gold in javelin throw, Miss Parachi, who won silver in 400x4 relay race, were honoured. Apart from this, Ms. Manpreet Kaur, shot putter, was also praised for her participation in the Asian Games.
On this occasion, P.L. W Chief Administrative Officer Mr. Pramod Kumar lauded and congratulated the players for their hard work and representing the country at the international stage.
