Nawanshahr - On the 133rd birth anniversary of Babasaheb Dr. Ambedkar, a very successful event was held on April 14 at Parliament Hill Ottawa to celebrate Equality Day. The day was full of excitement and encouragement. Dr. Ambedkar *Equality Day* and *Jayanti Celebration* was held on Monday, May 6, 2024 at Parliament Hill in Ottawa, the capital of Canada.
The celebration was hosted by Dawn Davies, MP, Randeep Sarai, MP, MP Jasraj Singh Hallan (Calgary Forest Lawn). *Dhamma Waves*, the Ambedkar International Coordination Society, (*AICS*) and the *Chetna Association* of Canada, was a powerful testament to our collective commitment to equality and justice. "Respect Begins with Empowerment" supported by other respected organizations. Thank you for your unwavering dedication to the mission. Together, we strive to uphold the values of equality and justice advocated by Babasaheb Dr. Ambedkar and will continue to do so in the future.
