SAS Nagar, July 27 - Mohali Police has arrested three people involved in robbery. DSP City 2 Mr. Harsimran Singh Bal said that as part of the ongoing campaign against anti-social elements, the police team under the supervision of Inspector Simarjit Singh, Chief Officer of Police Station IT City, as per the orders of SSP Dr. Sandeep Kumar Garg, arrested these people.
He said that on May 12, these people attacked the driver of a Desire car, Lovepreet Singh, looted him and fled after injuring him. In relation to which a case was registered under section 379B, 473, 34 of IPC. He said that on July 12, the police arrested two miscreants Dharminder Singh resident Army Colony Kapurthala and Lucky alias Kala resident Ava Basti Ferozepur City in IT City. Who told during interrogation that on May 12, they attacked the driver of a Desire car and looted him. During which another person Eklavya Love resident Housing Board Colony Awa Basti City Ferozepur was also with him. He informed that this person has been arrested from Ferozepur during police raid and he was produced before the Honorable court and his police remand has been obtained.
