According to district coordinator Pratima Dawar, yoga classes are being held in Kargil Park in Sector 71 of Mohali for more than a year. In which children, old people and young people are participating.
Yoga instructor Jagmeet Singh said that from 7 to 8 in the morning, during a one-hour class every day, people are being taught the necessary yoga postures to relieve joint pain, relieve back pain and keep the body fit.
He said that apart from some daily yoga asanas, special asanas are made for the participants in the yoga camp according to their physical needs.
