Hoshiarpur - Deputy Commissioner Komal Mittal and SSP Surinder Lamba today inaugurated the Public Help Center in Tehsil Complex Hoshiarpur and dedicated it to the public. The Deputy Commissioner said that recently when Chief Minister Punjab Bhagwant Singh Mann had made a surprise visit to the tehsil complex, he had given instructions to set up a camp office in the complex, so that people would not face any kind of trouble while doing work here.
The Deputy Commissioner said that following the instructions of the Chief Minister of Punjab, a Public Help Center has been established in the Tehsil Complex today, where one employee of the Civil and Police Departments will be present during office hours to assist the people. The Deputy Commissioner said that the employee posted at the Public Help Center will assist the people who come to work in the Tehsil Complex, while also receiving complaints and suggestions from the general public and all departments related to the Civil and Police Departments. He said that SDM Hoshiarpur will review this public help center daily, so that maximum benefit of this help center can be brought to the people. He said that it is the effort of the district administration Hoshiarpur to ensure compliance with all the guidelines given by the Punjab government so that the people do not face any kind of trouble. SSP Hoshiarpur Surinder Lamba said that every information and service related to the police will be provided to the general public through the Public Help Center. He said that complaints and suggestions related to the SSP office or police station can also be given here, these complaints and suggestions will automatically reach the concerned office or police station and will be acted upon quickly. On this occasion, SDM Hoshiarpur Preetinder Singh, DSP Jagir Singh, Tehsildar Gursevak Chand, Naib Tehsildar Vijay Kumar and other officials were also present.
